I LOVE love love these--I discovered them after lusting after Urban Decay's $18.95 Heavy Metal glitter eyeliner and searching for a low-cost alternative. There are 9 colors and a gel adhesive, so they can be used as eyeliner, mascara, or hair gel. And the best part is that they each cost 99¢!
